Just as or before the Defendant pulled out of the private drive, Plaintiff changed lanes from the outside lane to the inside lane. A collision occurred, totaling both vehicles. Plaintiff treated at the ER the following day, over two months at an attorney-referred chiropractor, then had an MRI and an ESI to relieve shoulder/neck issues causing numbness in his arm.
