Summary: My client rear-ended the Plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff was driving, and her 8 year old daughter was a passenger. They were checked out at the ER, and the daughter claimed only to have been sore for a few days, while mother claimed to need various chiropractic treatment. My client failed to show up for trial. Plaintiff was claiming medical bills for her and her daughter, as well as $12,000 in lost wages for ten weeks of lost work as a realtor.
