Personal Injury Trial Lawyer
Daniel Cook grew up in Oklahoma City and attended Baylor University, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate in 2007. At Baylor, he was an active member in the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. Prior to law school, Daniel practiced as a real estate appraiser in the North Texas area. He also volunteered his time to coach youth baseball and youth wrestling.
Outside The McGuire Firm, Daniel loves:

- Enjoying live music
- Attending Baylor sporting events (Sic’em!)
He and his wife, the former Ms. Andrea Garrison, attend Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Tyler.
Daniel graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2015. While attending law school, he was named to the Dean’s List for five semesters and served on the editorial board of the American Indian Law Review as an Articles Editor. He also served as treasurer and board member of Phi Delta Phi honor society and studied abroad in Oxford, England in 2014.
