Groves, TX (February 18, 2025) – A pedestrian was critically injured in an accident on February 18 on Twin City Highway in Groves.
Authorities responded to the crash around 7:15 p.m. in front of a Walmart. Upon arrival, emergency crews found a severely injured pedestrian lying on the ground. Paramedics provided medical aid before rushing the victim to a nearby hospital.
Two occupants inside a vehicle involved in the crash sustained minor injuries. They were treated at the scene, and their conditions were not reported as serious. Officials have not released additional details regarding the circumstances of the accident. An investigation remains ongoing.
