Auto Accidents in Texas
Injury accidents are an unfortunate reality on Texas roads, with many drivers and passengers suffering serious harm every year. While the state saw over 4,400 fatalities from motor vehicle crashes in 2022, a significant number of non-fatal accidents also leave victims facing physical injuries, emotional trauma, and financial strain. These accidents are often caused by negligent actions, such as speeding, distracted driving—like texting or using a phone—or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. These reckless behaviors not only risk lives but also cause severe injuries that can lead to long-term medical care and significant expenses.
If you were injured in a car accident, you have the right to seek compensation for your damages. Legal action can help you recover costs related to medical bills, lost wages, rehabilitation, and the pain and suffering you endured. Holding the responsible party accountable is crucial, especially when their negligence has altered the course of your life.
