Angelina Co., TX (August 26, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported just east of left claimed one person’s life while leaving multiple others injured. The Texas Department of Public Safety was notified of the accident at around 9:45 p.m. on August 24.
Official reports show that a Toyota and a Honda collided on Highway 103 during the evening hours. Preliminary investigations determined that the Honda was traveling on the highway when it collided with a Chevrolet Wrecker and a Toyota Highlander. The driver of the Honda was immediately pronounced deceased at the scene. The Toyota driver was injured in the crash and transported to an area hospital for emergency care. The driver of the Chevrolet was treated at the scene. At this time, the Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating.
